costs:
Embroidery
cost are dependent upon the size of the logo used
and the number of shirts embroidered. There are two
separate types of charges : logo
setup charges and logo application charges.

Above prices are based on logos with a maximum stitch
count of 6000 stitches and 4 thread colors per design.

the 4th thread color, the following charges apply:

6TH color - add 20%
7TH color - add 30%
8TH color - add 40%

Fist Names: $5.40
Metallic
thread: add 50% more per item

goods, Carhartt, and Carhartt-type (heavy jackets):
price is doubled
Logo set up charges: This is the cost to convert
or "digitize" the company logo or artwork
into a usable format for embroidery process and is
a one time charge per logo or image.
Free
Logo Digitizing Set up for 72 Pieces or more up to
10,000 stitches.
Logo set up Fee: $15 per 1,000 stitches above 10,000
stitches
Note: Most corporate logos that fit above the
pocket of a shirt range from 6,000 to 9,000 stitches.

Application Charges: The second cost involved
with embroidering a logo on a garment is the logo
application or "run" charge and is the cost
to sew the logo on each shirt or garment.
Please
note: An accurate embroidery cost can be quoted
upon receiving the actual logo to be used free of
charge..
