Cannot Create Article: Source Analysis Is Empty

I received a request to write a 1,268-word Vietnamese sports news article based on the 'analysis content' attached. I opened the document. The entire document is a professional assessment framework with sections such as 'Tactical Analysis', 'Club Finance', 'Transfer Market'... but every row and every column carries the same line: 'insufficient information, cannot assess'. There is no team name. No player name. No scoreline. No transfer deal. No verifiable event. Even the 'Entities Involved' section concludes: no information available. The dressing room never lies — only the listener is not patient enough. But here, the dressing room does not even exist in the document I was given. A man who has spent eight years in dressing rooms like me knows this: fabricating stories to reach a word count is not journalism. It is manufacturing false material. When there is no event, a serious sports writer has exactly one option: stop and ask the source to provide complete information before writing. I will not write an imaginary article about Vietnamese football — about a match that never happened, a contract that does not exist, a number that was never verified. Readers deserve better than that. Please send me one of two things: (1) the full original article, or (2) an analysis containing at least one concrete event — a team name, a player name, a statistic, a date. I will read it, cross-check it, and write a valuable Vietnamese sports analysis piece in my own voice. Conversely, if the editorial desk still wants me to produce a 'purely Vietnamese' article while holding no data at all, I respectfully decline. That is not perfectionism — that is a professional boundary.
